What would it be like to be achieving your potential?

I can help you build confidence, find clarity & focus, and address the things that are holding you back.

Since 2020 I have worked with over 100 artists and creative people, spending hundreds of hours helping people do just that, no matter their background or barriers.

I asked my most recent clients how they found it, 100% reported feeling more confident, clearer and more focused, more motivated and more aware of their individual strengths and areas for further development.

How to tell if now is the right time.

Coaching, mentoring and counselling are distinct activities. I offer the first two, but not counselling at the moment. To get the most out of coaching or mentoring it needs to be the right tool for the job, at the right time. Coaching during a mental health crisis can be like using massage on a bad bruise-ouch!

Find out more in this 20 minute video from a previous Facebook Live session during Lockdown…

To make sure you are in safe hands, I am trained in Mental Health Awareness & Mental Health First Aid.

"Thank you so much for our sessions. I didn't realise how much I had been craving insight, information and care like you gave me. You took in the whole picture and gave me some incredibly helpful tools to move forward with renewed energy and enthusiasm. I am so grateful and can't recommend you enough!"
